Providing a multifaceted approach to physical therapy utilizing manual therapy and yoga to optimize wellness.
The body is one complete entity. Dividing it into arbitrary pieces has made healthcare frustrating for many seeking help. We treat the whole person and find the root of the issue to bring balance to the entire system.
Our sessions are always one-on-one with your physical therapist. We focus on hands-on techniques when you are in the clinic and provide individualized exercise plans to maximize results.
Sessions are on-on-one focusing on making changes to the tissue that cannot be done through exercise alone. Research supports the use of hands-on treatment in physical therapy as it is a more effective and efficient approach to healing.
Maitland mobilizations and Myofascial release are most utilized.
Yoga from a physical therapist's perspective, focusing on making yoga fit an individual's needs and never forcing the body into positions that are not beneficial. Individual and group classes available.
An adjunct to our hands-on approach utilizing thin filament needles inserted in a muscle trigger point to allow it to release. Dry needling has shown positive results in research studies and in clinical practice.
